Service Agreement
By booking you agree to our rental rules for dumpsters.
Payment Terms
Full payment is due at delivery or per agreed schedule.
Rental Duration

Prohibited Items
No hazardous waste is allowed in any rental bin.
Site Access
You must provide safe access for our trucks.
Damage Responsibility
Customer covers damage beyond normal wear.
Cancellation
Cancel 24 hours ahead for full refund eligibility.
Liability Limits
We are not liable for indirect project delays.
Local Laws
All rentals follow city and state regulations.

Local mediation handles any service disagreements.
